Cream, oil, serum – we really need so little

Cream

As soon as the bottom of the cream becomes visible, the pump plugs from the serum bottle add to the product, or we have to squeeze the tube so strongly that afterwards we feel the fingers hurt, our mood slowly sinks into the basement, analogous to the amount of product. Because it’s like this: Beauty products are expensive. And then the luxury cream doesn’t even bring the desired results because we don’t know exactly how much of what and in what order we should apply. The struggle is real. The graphics of the Australian beauty brand “Mukti” help.

As little product is needed

The experts show us, from the cleanser to the moisturizer, how little it actually needs—and also what the perfect order looks like. To anticipate this, it is: Cleanser (peeling) (mask): serum or elixir; eye cream; moisturizer or face oil; sunscreen.

1.Cleanser

Sure, first the dirt has to be off his face, and in the evening, like morning. However, the idea of trying with extra cleaners to get everything extra clean is not necessarily the best. Cosmetician and label founder Pamela Marshall explains to Glamour that a 20-piece-wholesale cleanser is absolutely enough to wash the face. In the evening, however, one should repeat the process. We have all heard of double cleansing, and apparently something is something.

2.Peeling

Anyone who uses a peeling after cleaning (don’t worry, you do not have to and shouldn’t be a day) can limit themselves to the same amount as with the cleanser. If the coin is difficult to understand: An almond set quantity is ideal. With all beyond that, more product ends up in the sink than on the face.

3.Mask

Another mask is applied after the peeling at Home-Spa-Days. On this special occasion (nothing else is allowed to do something), it must be a little more for once—the face must finally be covered. A bloat in the size of a five-liber is already needed, and depending on the consistency, perhaps even more.

4.Serum or Elixir

Smallest quantity, highest price. We have every reason to save on serums and elixirs, and we are allowed to do so. The size of a coffee bean, for example:, does not need more to achieve results.

5.Eye cream

With eye cream, it may be even less. For the sensitive area of skin under the eyes, a ripening-sized amount per side is enough. Anything goes beyond can reverse the effect: the rich ingredients clog the pores and can lead to milia. You know, these small, white little things that like to show up in this area.

6.Moisturizer or facial oil

Depending on how dry your face is, you can now grab a little deeper into the crucible. A lot, larger than a one-fly franc coin, but is of little use here too: with it, you at most also cultivate your hands. With oil, it usually takes less until you are hydrated everywhere. In doubt, it makes looking to start with little product and rather look again.

7.Sun protection

Insofar as your skin cream has not already integrated sunscreen, no path leads past sun protection factor. And here, for once, the following applies: not swept on Blos. Face, neck and décolleté need at least one heaped teaspoon full of cream. Yes, this will make it empty faster. It is the most effective anti-aging protection of all, but should definitely be worth it to you.

The Fundamentals of Skincare

The essential components of a successful skincare regimen are cream, oil, and serum, which show that we frequently do not need much to keep healthy, glowing skin.

  • Cream locks in moisture and protects the skin barrier.
  • Oil provides deep nourishment and enhances skin repair.
  • Serum delivers concentrated active ingredients for targeted treatment.

By focusing on these core products, we can simplify our skincare routines without compromising on efficacy. In the world of skincare, sometimes less truly is more.
